You get the idea, Minecraft won't load and don't suggest uninstalling and reinstalling I already did that.

Depending on what device you have, you can clear the phones cache. What I do If something isn't working, is go to my bootloader, and go to 'wipe cache partition.' Then simply, reboot. This always works for me.

*This is what I do for my Samsung phone. Only works on android. All devices have different bootloader. For Samsung, power off device completely, then hold power, volume up, and home button all at once.*
