Ban because of skin?

So staff, I am making this thread because I am not sure whether these skins are appropriate.

TheHeroJay: This person used a really short skin. This was taken In Murder Mystery, where this player mostly plays. In my opinion, I think this person should be banned Fo 24 hours because this player has an advantage of being short. Plus, the maps in MM are really dark in a lot of places so this player has some serious advantage in winning.

TheaMinecraftPE: This player used a 2D skin (From the looks of it). This was in Skywars and I believe this player should be banned as well because you could easily not get noticed and if turned to a certain degree, this player could look invisible.

MochiBears: Apparently this player only have legs. No arms or head. I'm not sure about this one but this one has an advantage of both in MM and a pvp game like Skywars.

The hitbox is still teh same and mochis and jays is frm a skin packs so it isnt bannable

As strel said, same hitbox so it doesn't really matter because it doesn't give an advantage. Plus the First skin; the Yoda one They paid for it. They should be able to use it. I paid for my Yoda skin too.
