No. The staff can not just "give it to you" for all we know you could be lying. The staff need proof to set your rank. Everyone else who needed their rank set have given proof and in return had their rank set. I am not sure what makes you think you are an exception but like everyone else, you need to provide evidence in order for the rank to be set.

Also to Got2V we can't just give you the rank with out proof of you purchasing it, its simple right? Your uncle has a phone. Well tell him to Send you a screenshot of the email receipt that you receive when you purchase a rank. I'm pretty sure there's no excuse around that.
