IM GONNA REQUEST THIS BECAUSE YESTERDAY WAS MY BIRTHDAY SO I went to my Grandmas House to Celebrate with My Tito(Uncle) Who works OFW which was gonna leave in a couple of hours And As my Bday Present my Tito Bought me Emerald Rank When I checked my Account The next Day I didnt have Emerald Rank (Probably Because Grandmas Wifi Sucks) and my Tito Already Left and I could have called him But I want you Guys To Fix this Issue and also I cleared my browser history earlier cuz the server was lagging and I thought it would work

Just be patient. If a staff asks for proof, you might have to take a screenshot of the purchase so they can give you the rank

Dude, be patient and there's a way to take a picture from a laptop. And if you're saying you didn't get it and it's been a day and a half then the purchase must have been unsuccessful. The staff can't just give you an emerald rank without proof or sorts ._.
