Maybe someone registered with the same gamertag before the 1.2 update? Or its just you. Try putting in your Xbox account password (again) or if you have registered with a different password, try to login with that.

Wow, what an accurate guess by me -.-
If you did forget your password, then make a new Xbox account and login, IF you are like a lvl 20 below player. If you have a lot of wins and stuff then try contacting the brokenlens staffs or change your Xbox account's password.
