Once again falsed banned

So I was playing oitc and some guy reported me for using "potion effects".In reality I was on my 15 kill streak which meant I had regeneration and strength.I hope I get unbanned because it's a perm ban and a false ban.

You don't get particles from killstreaks... I myself, and others around me have countlessly gotten 7-15 killstreaks, and never once did they have particles.

Some people have particles turned off to make it less laggier.

Well I get particels sometimes and sometimes I dont get particels but I dont think he is hacking.
