What Maps Have Been Removed From Minigames And Why?

So, I think I remember the Simpsons themed map removed from HideAndSeek because of escaping the map, various MurderMystery maps removed for being too large, and the Clay BlockParty map for IDK why, but what other maps from minigames have been removed? This is a question just out of curiosity
 
Ohh, yea XD The castle map in mm was removed, the jungl-y sorta map was also removed, and there used to be an outer part in the aquarium map with all the dolphins, I think there was one more but I can't remember XD
