he was perm banned on that account but then he changed ign and still play on brlns. The reason of him made the 2nd video is that i caught him teaming in solo sw and reported him, then he thought i banned them, but just 1 day ban.
so can u check why his first account is perm banned, and he is unbanned on his second account since it is just a 1-day ban for teaming. But why someone got perm banned on account only but not ipbanned?Okay, so... forgive me for being stupid, but what's going on? EDIT: Sometimes people get IP-banned and sometimes it's just their account that gets banned

yea but he didn’t really answer me, i am asking why he was perm banned, cuz his ign is fine, if he was hacking, then his should be ipban or his 2nd account should also be banned too.

According to the admin panel he is not banned, so I don't know why he was originally banned. He has been reported once for hacking, and once for teaming, so that doesn't help, and I can't find any reports on the forums that are about him.
