yea i think we should give him second chance if he didn't lie, i mean, u hack and u must know it is a hack and u may be banned, then why saying "i didn't do anything?"

Some people likely think that lying is the best way out of trouble. Anyone who cares enough to make a forums account and actually make a ban appeal clearly cares about being unbanned. It's still worth unbanning someone who lied because they have gone through the work of creating the forums account and the ban appeal associated with it. Almost everyone deserves a second chance. Some don't, such as Joseph_C and BestBud (obviously @BestBud was unbanned by his friend @edwjusti for no reason whatsoever, but I'm definitely over that (not really)), and those people did really bad things. What I'm trying to get at here is that pretty much any offense except sexual harassment/excessive bullying deserves a second chance, at least in my opinion.

.... not how the rules work. they get ONE chance to tell the truth. if they do- the get a 2nd chance - if they lie they stay banned.
