In my opinion I think this is lag. This has happened to many players when there is lag. About the running while chatting you can see that he is teleporting while doing that probably you didn't saw him stopping while chatting because he teleported because of lag. But this is still an opininion so I'm not saying this is 100% accurate

Look, he is chatting in chat the word "lol" and after he chatted it, he moves smoothly

I don't think he hacks either.. I mean I watched the video and the beginning (shifting while moving and particles followed him) that was explainable and you don't need hacks to do that. As for the sprint particles even when he was staying still, that could've been lag. Plus, why would you spend so much time getting to level 462 to get banned anyways? Doesn't make sense

Uhm, he is typing then after that he said in the chat, "lol", he continued moving.

And another thing. In the video it shows that he stopped when he typed "lol" because he was typing it. Probably you could see the particles because of lags, it happens to many players, I have seen it before.

Probably because he thought it was funny that you called him hacker when he was not. People call me hacker in Tsw, but I don't say "No I'm not" to them, I just shut up.
But let's see what staff have to say and stop replying to this thread.

he maybe lagging or he is win10, cuz idk why most of the win10 players i met are insane laggy
