ok so i got banned for glitch exploiting. And im really sorry for doing it, i always thought that that arrow thing was part of the game, i mean, its always been there, and i've seen other people use it.
And seriously u could see his helmet through the block (like this: )
so i mean, its possible to hit that...

Anyways, i'm really sorry for using it and i won't ever do it again.

Hitting someone on their helmet, over blocks, is considered glitch exploiting?

The player completely blocked himself from Strelitzia with a cobblestone wall. Strelitzia was able to hit through the cobblestone wall and hit the player.

This is counted as glitch exploiting in my opinion because the arrow was able to travel trough the wall and hit the player on the opposite side.
