The punishment for different offenses needs to change

This time we will be discussing about advertising, targeting and porn skin.
Advertising: perm ban -> 120d mute
Targeting: 24h ban (I am not sure) -> 2d
Porn skin: 30d ban -> perm ban (until they show they changed skins)
What do you think?

I feel like a mute is stupid for advertising, they might not even take it seriously since some servers allow advertising so they won't even know. And I think a ban is more reasonable.
