I bought a walking particle but it's not working?

I recently bought the "instant spell" walking particle but it doesn't show up. It equips normally but nothing ever happens. I've tried refreshing the app and disabling and enabling but nothing works. What to do?

I did and I screen shotted it. I was also on a Skype call with my friends. I'll try to find a photo uploading platform so I can show you the picture, but until then, you'll just have to take my word lol.

You can't refund here or in any server I think

You have to activate it. Click the same buttons you clicked to buy it and try again
