Make The Ender Pearl be throwed in everytime you want

It might be cool if it can be throwed everytime like it kinda useful for Killing Spree and Pearl Clutches.
you can make it unavailable in the first 1 minute and after the you can throw it everytime you want to.
I hope this can be a cool idea ;3;

I think this would be good but i think it should be like hypixel sorda you can have in the center op items like golden apples and maybe diamond chestplates! And i suppose there should be ender pearls as well and yes you can launch like 1 enderpearl per 10 secs or 15 i think it would be awsome

I seriously was going to post about the timer in the ender pearl right now then I noticed this post. If there weren't the timer, it'll be so much fun and harder hehe
