Friend is over 100+ subs & can't get YT rank

I recently realised my friend can have the YT rank, I guided her on call to do it and we did the command multiple times yet it would not work. Ali has exceeded 100+ subs already and has yet to receive her rank (she's just given up at this point.) I'm just writing this in replace of her as It's her birthday soon and I REALLY want to put this as another one of her many birthday surprises i'm planning currently. If you are able to resolve this problem it would be very much appreciated, thank you very much for you undivided attention on this topic. :)

Can ask ur friend for a pic of her logged into her channel//account

Staff need proof that the channel is hers before they can give her the rank

Will it be ok if I just comment on her channel and tell her to confirm it with her YT channel replying? (I'm waiting right now because she's asleep.)

Do I need her to get her brlns account and reply to this comment as well? While ALSO confirming the MC account and her channel account is her's? Because I'm pretty sure I wouldn't of gone to some random person's channel completely unbeknownst to the situation and tell them some random stuff about confirming a brlns account. While have them ALSO "play" along with it and confirming some random stuff that could be either a scam or a informal contract. However, if it is necessary I'll get my friend on to respond to this and confirm it as well. :/

I am just saying that if you can ask her to make an account here and make a thread about this. Because it will be more easy if she got the proof herself. Because she can provide a screenshot that she owns the channel. Onless she sents you a screenshit and you upload it here.

She just gave me the account password & email to log into then she'll change the password again. Is this good enough evidence for her rank?
