in real life i constantly see flashes, blurs shapes and movement out of the corner of my eyes, CONSTANTLY, not on a normal level, either, every ten seconds ill see someone - Something flash across my sight, scaring the living crap out of me, its also noises, feelings - Like someone tearing at my arms, trying to drag me somwhere, its scaring me so much i can barely sleep and when i tell people they dont believe me, im scared, sometimes when i look at it it doesn’t go away until its seconds from getting me, tall, lanky misshapen, humanoid creatures standing at the end of the hallway, they turn and screech at me and charge towards me, evaporating just before they touch me, but thats rare, none the less im terrified, i am going crazy.

You're either hallucinating or you need to sleep...
What did you do before you experienced that?

i get enough sleep, max seven hours a day at at min five, mostly seven which is only an hour under recommended levels and you can train your body, mines used to seven hours

Thats so much hassle, i just need to ignore it, it’l go away eventually
yes but instead of scaring yourself until it goes away its just better to go to someone who knows what there doing. Unless you believe in ghosts (i personally do) it could be a restless spirit.

I know, but thats normally where my.. um.. vision activates.
so um i found this that basically has what you have on it

Hallucinations (including hearing voices)
Many people talked about experiencing hallucinations: hallucinations are something that you hear, smell, feel or see - when there isn't anything or anyone there to explain where it came from. As one man put it, “my senses misfunction”. Most of the people who described hallucinations had been diagnosed with some form of schizophrenia or schizo-affective disorder. A few had been diagnosed with anxiety, depression and panic attacks.
