Question of the day #114

idk if u can call it a project but back in primary 4 we were reading a class book called flour babies. The book was about a class of kids that had started a topic about looking after babies so they made flour babies and treated them like real babies. My class recreated the project they did. We had to bring in bags of flour and olds tights and make it into a weird baby thing, but then my little sister got hold of it and smashed the bag open....rip flour baby 2014-2014

There were a few school projects I liked doing in primary school. We were learning History and we were given the task to create a play about a certain place in history. And I've always liked doing plays about anything. XD

This wasn't a school project but it was done in school, and we ended up showing it to a teacher, so eh.

Basically me and a bunch of friends got an exercise book and just wrote a random story in it XD It had no plot or whatever, it was basically "get idea, merge with other already written ideas". Somehow we ended up filling a whole book, and the ending wasn't some sort of cliffhanger or something. It was an actual ending.

My friends showed it to our English teacher after we were done, although I forgot why. Anyway, our teacher actually said it was a good story.

(Sorry for not posting these to everyone in a while)

Was there ever a specific school project that you enjoyed doing?

When I was in grade 4, we (students) were assigned to create a project demonstrating about the natural disaster that we selected. I chose mine about Tornadoes.
So I made a tornado in a box. Got an A+ for the project.

That project was satisfying to do.

This was more a school program project, but it's still school related. We went out to a nature preserve and we're taken to a lake. There, we had to use nets and find little creatures in the rocks and soil at the bottom. We then had to pick a creature we caught, and make a poster about it. My group was so lucky, we ended up catching a leech. (Gross I know, but they were super rare out there!)
I had so much fun just looking for the creatures

One project I enjoy was the "fix up project" it was when a team would help fix up a shop and paint the walls, just make it look fixed up I guess xD, but my team and I chose a vintage shop and we made it look like it was from the 1920's we painted flappers, The Great Gatsby logo and so much and I honestly will never forgot the tears we brought to the shop owner xD

6 months ago, my science class had to do a presentation on our own or in groups on something, ANYTHING but it had to be science related.

Being the independent girl I am, I went alone and produced a presentation on The Science Of Heartbreak. I was one of the first ones who had to present and unlike the others who just sat in their seat and pointed at everything, I got up and led everyone into what I was saying. This was all part of a plan...

Luckily, I ended up winning due to my contradictory sappy take on why we need to experience heartbreak and my insensitive, sarcastic attitude :D Also, it kind of had a "screw you" kind of vibe to it towards the boy who crushed my feelings to the ground after toying with them by making him see the sadness it brought me and, basically, guilt-tripping him.

I know, that was a really, really bad thing for me to do but I was sick of seeing him smile at me like I was the only person in the world one day and then treat me like I didn't even exist to him the next. I was immature and selfish back then - please don't try this at home ;)

That music just makes it that much more perfect

Cool tornado by the way, hope there wasn't a house in there that flew off to Oz
