Unlimited Gapples and Arrows?

Offense: He has unlimited gapples and arrows, idk if that's glitch exploring or item hacks, but me and my teammate 2v1 him, he kept eating the gapples at least 8 times and so we all die cuz he regen fast with the gapples. I think that's bannable as with the gapple from tool shop and chests, u can get 3-4 in a game.
Proof: Screenshot won't show how he is bannable and i have no screen recorder, so mod and helper should go check out him in game
