I got banned because my little brother was using hacks while I was away

I hate when my little uses my tablet to play minecraft and I told him not to use my tablet or when he is to not play on the server and use hacks but he still does it anyway and I should get unbanned because my little brother did it not me and I deleted the hacks he downloaded so I don't use hacks and my lil brother is 11

I reccomend you to change your tablet's password (pattern, name, numbers/letter e.c.t), or just simply take your tablet with you. You can also hide your tablet, just make sure you remember to put it somewhere you remember or disable the internet (forget) if your brother doesn't know the password and there's no way he will know. -Is he younger or older? (I don't know what situation you are in, but if you can't do any of those, then why not drain your tablet's battery down to zero, and take away all the chargers ?)
