I still don't get what is the use of it or how is it triggered.

Ive had the murder near me plenty of times without hearing the sound
It definietly when people open doors
cuz ive seen people spamming a door and the sound just wouldnt stop till they stopped (rip ears)

i was outside in the big house map and i still heard it even though there were no doors and right after, i saw the murderer kill soneone...
