Cannot buy ranks in the shop?

I tried to buy an emerald rank in the shop with paypal, but it said there is an error with Mojang API and try later. I tried few times and still cannot?

This is normal. Sometimes you must try again in a few hours for it to work.

As far as we know there is nothing wrong with the shop. Are you sure you are putting your username in correctly.

It seems that you cancelled your order, could you clean your cart and reorder your rank?

This might mean that your payment was rejected as you may not have the money. For other issues I would suggest you seek PayPal support.
