I can't get youtube rank.

If you are part of the staff of broken lens why can't I get youtube rank? I have over 100 subs and I tried I made sure everything was correct then, it said incorrect. After that I asked a youtuber then he said it didn't work so he just said it on the forums page my youtube is GreeBlck and my ign in game is GreenMegaMiner if you read this and your a part of broken lens staff, or higher ranks etc. Please rank me up

Yes, he is a staff member (Global Moderator) with his level 2 on our server that I have seen him yesterday.
