There is nothing we can do anything on the thread. I think you can start a conversation with vertx and flowingmedia to fix your problem and give you coins back.

If you do see the black banner displays the "Inbox" white text with the profile picture in front of it, try to click the "Inbox" button, and then click "Start a new conversation" button.
