Error codes #191 & #195 can tell when a user has picked up an hacked item during game. (I.E Toolbox) When this user has an illegal item this error code will be triggered and will set the user to an instant permanent ban by our Watcher.

That is due to lag. The error codes you mean is #121 #120 #125 #123 #124 etc.
