How does a player named "JOKERx_x" keep coming back? He's been banned twice for sure, and I think 3 even. Yet, he just flew and knocked me off! I don't have a screenshot, I'm sure there are otger reports about this player. Any ideas how he gets by his ban(s)?

There is an app called VPN and it makes it so you can change your location and your IP I think? Idk I just heard about it in reports
