Agreed, I mean, put yourself in their shoes, What if u got voted the least favorite staff member? How would u feel? I would feel awful :/ I understand you're just trying to get opinions, Benjy, but sometimes, opinions are better just kept to oneself so they don't hurt anyone (I just realized that I was basically just repeating what Laura said, but oh, well XD)

If you ever feel like creating a thread like this again, why not try to think of a more positive way to do it? For example, you could make a thread asking everyone how the staff members could improve. That way, you could help the whole community, rather than making people feel bad :)

yup ima reply now (im lazy and dont scroll)

and im pretty sure we know who i voted for i was gonna vote Ray and Spring cos they were the ones who banned me and Hazard was the one who perm banned (lol hint)
