How do i put an image URL if i dont know how or see it?!

On many peoples accounts I see videos or images. Then I decided to get my own.... But how? I play on W10 (windows 10) and cant seem to figure anything out. Any help? Please as much help as possible :/

If your on Windows 10 players can take game clips with XBOX or take screenshots by pressing PrtSc on your keyboard cropping the image and pressing upload file
