Your fly attempting. Well your not hacking. Sometimes it happens when you Lag and the watcher thinks you fly he kicks you.

Does this even happen when chunks don't load?

This is known to happen when the chunks fail to load or you glitch out. Don't worry about it we are working on a fix.
