I accidentally denied my friend how to undo it?

I was wondering what the /friend deny message was for so i did it. after many week i hasnt seen my friend online when they used to play alot. thats when i searched up the meaning for deny. it means to block someone so i litearlly blocked my friend help me unblock them!

Use /friend accept <Player Name> or /friend acceptall

um i think if you have denied a friend request they have to resend it or you send one to them and they have to accept it ._.
