I got banned for 21 days with no reason

What happened:
I was playing on BrokenLens when Minecraft crashed, so I had to restart Minecraft. When I re-joined the server I got a message that said that I'm banned for 21 days and 8 hours.
I'm not sure what happened, and the warning doesn't give much information
Time when I got the ban: around 11:50 AM in UTC +07:00 (04:50 AM UTC 00:00)
In-game name: algmwc5
Server I was trying to enter: play.brlns.net:2000 (lobby)

Hi,

It seems to us that this information is incorrect. Your username is not banned from our server. Is there anyone else who might play on our network that uses your IP or are you on a public network ie a School? If this is the case it might not be you that has been banned but your entire school network or someone on your network. If you can please let me know any other usernames you might use to connect to BrokenLens.

My brother and I used the same network.
He plays in BrokenLens as well. His IGN is megamanxzero.
