Player insults in chat

I was on BP today and there was a player with the name UTUliaTheAmazing. She insults me and other players without a reason and didn't stop that. I think she really needs a ban for some days.

Download Imgur, insert the desired photo and upload it. Copy the link, paste it in safari and then copy the image, don't re-save it. After copying the image come back on the forum and when you type there is a button that has a mountain and sun on it. Click that then paste the image (or link).
