Double attacker

There are 2 hackers in OITC just now, they're "Fiscal" and "HugoProTBNR". Hugo has left the game, he spam hacks, and Fiscal twirls around with 3x-4x speed hack and kill loads of people. I hope that moderators would see this. Thank you !
