How do you get a trial or helper rank??

Ok so lemme just say in the first place... pls don't ban me bc I'm just asking. Ok so how do you get trial and helper? I've seen @ItsKylie with a helper rank and @ssunsett with a trial rank. How did those ppl get that rank and I just wanna be part of the BrokenLens crew because I have been playing for over a year and love BrokenLens so much! Thanks!! -Ben

You wont get banned for asking. To become a staff member, you have to be honest, active on the forums and the servers, and trustworthy. You need to ask vertx in a conversation.
