My Brother and i Banned for Months?

So I was told by my brother, Redwood_1010, that he had been banned for multiple months by the server while he was playing the best builder game(I think it was a 3 month ban).Then I tried to go on but it said that I was banned too, for the same amount of time. The message told me to go onto this site, and we still have no clue why we were banned from all the servers. Please help, we love this server!

UPDATE: This problem is now solved, it just let me in all of a sudden-thanks

I can't find a report about you or your brother,I will tag some staffs to see if one of them banned you or not. Please wait for their respond.

Yes, the servers are still up and there are lots of people on-as usual

I think both of her and her brother got IP ban I guess

I was staff at a server for a while, and this always happened to others, just never to me!
