dont worry admins will see this soon and get back to you. they are usually very willing to work with ppl. it varies by issue. for example if it was ur sibling or something, sometimes they just have to wait it out.
that may not be the case here since its your neighbor.
but not to worry the staff is tagged and they will look into this for you and respond when they have a solution for you.
