I was banned on december 5th,timezone GMT +1:00

All servers
IGN:

Why i got banned:
I dont really know i logged into my account and i was banned
Why should we unban you?:
You should unban me because i didn't do anything wrong and i'm a donator (emerald) and i'm sorry if i did anything wrong but still i'm sure i didn't

I can't find your report,maybe your IP was banned,do you know who else near you who play the BrokenLens server too?

It seems the reason for your ban is general. I heard that it's about the chargeback on our store but I'm not sure. I'll tag @Flowingmedia to see if someone made a chargeback on your account.

Hello gghfhghff. Just curious but are u an imposter trying to claim a persons account? It seems that u know very few details about gghfhghff. I don't know anything about him but do u mind telling me a few details that the real gghfhghff would know?

1. Any alternate accounts?
2. Real name?
3. Notable Friends?
4. Other favorite servers?
5. When rank was bought?

I hope you can provide some evidence to prove that you are legitimate. Thx for ur understanding and if you really are real, sorry for the misunderstanding.
