I've Been Banned Mistakenly. Help?

Hello to anyone who read this,

My IGN (In Game Name) is iiEmpressEdenii, just to get things out of the way.

I had wanted to play a game on the server, but I couldn't because I had been 'banned' for 4 days, although, I don't recall doing anything out of the guidelines.

If anyone could help, that would be appreciated.

Hello,

I had realised my mistake.

In TNT Run, you can exploit a win by crouching on the floor, causing you not to fall. I didn't realise this would get me a temporary ban, but thank you for telling me.

I will promise to never use this exploit again, and to play the game it has been intended to.

Finally, thank you to @ssunsett for reporting my mistake, this can help me understand what is right and what is wrong.
