I tried to ask him if he is using a VPN or client. But he says he doesn't use it, which in impossible. There is no way to bypass a ban, ip-ban or UUID ban without using anything. I asked him again but his response was nothing to do with Minecraft.... I might add him as a friend to see when he's online, or not. I'm trying to find a way to get him to stop, but I'm not garanteed they will work. Hopefully he will eventually get sick of getting a new ip, every time he gets banned.

vertx could try banning him using owner privileges...but at this point I think nothing can stop him except himself ._.
