Chapter 4: To Be Whole Again
I stood there, pointing my gun. I waited as he possessed his new form. My mind was getting clearer, I felt like myself, a bright engineer, not a writer, however “Jake” was a writer, he didn’t understand how robots work, but I’ll get some hard drive upgrades for him. But I had a flashback triggered, a person named “Lauren.”
My mind was getting hazy as someone knocked on my door. “Alex!? Are you in there?” A girl asked. “Uh… who’s there?” I asked as I grabbed my Machine Gun, that I think I borrowed from QuakeCraft. I opened the door to see a girl with PITCH BLACK EYES. I grabbed Jake by the arm and forced him out of the house. Locked the door and slide down with relief. “Good god I am getting attacked by strangers.” I said to myself as I sat down in front of my pc. Looking at what Jake was doing, what he was doing… was some ritual. I couldn’t make out the words though, it was an entire different language. “What in the 56 Blazes is this?” I asked analyzing the page. I closed the document and threw it in my trash bin.
“So, you really were not him this whole time!?” Lauren exclaimed. “Why I oughta turn you into scrap metal for such thing!” Pork yelled. “I can’t even believe this, you… just. I can’t make out the words I want to say to you.” I said as I walked away from him. Then I caught in the corner of my eye… Alex, the real Cyber. “Cyber!” Everyone yelled out excitedly as they all group hugged him. “ACK! Guys! I am only one man!” Cyber said pushing arms away. “Alright who are you, you, you, and who in what right minds are you!” Cyber asked around. “Alex, do you at least remember me?” Lauren asked giving a confused look. He then trembled, covering his head baring teeth. “Oh boy, looks like flashbacks are hitting him.” Jake said as Alex fell apart. “What have you done to him?” Rainbow asked. “I think that he is getting flashbacks of the time I possessed him.” Jake said as Cyber blacked out. Everyone was checking on him, most notably was Lauren. If I recall she is the only one in our group with the power to heal. If she has the strength, she may either save a life… or end it.
Chapter 5: A Friend To Patch
“Ugh, where am I?” I asked. I woke up in a baron place, it looked cold, abandoned and plain out strange. I looked around to find a house very large, there was a portal on the right hand side, two very tall guards made of iron guarded the entrance. As I started walking toward the house everything went white as I came back to reality. “Hey, Cyber? Are you alright?” Someone asked. “Ugh, I was once left and now I am all right.” I replied. “Are you sure?” The same person asked. “If I wasn’t sure then why would I answer?” I answered back.”He does have a point.” A robotic voice said as I woke up on the floor, at sunset, people around me. Now whatever I did last night must have been a wild ride, cause holy crap. I don’t even live out here, I live in a desert, the reasoning why is that I don’t have to worry about the cold, I like the heat, I prefer summer all the time rather than a fourth of the year.
I got myself back up and started heading home. “Eh, Cyber. Where are you going?” Someone asked, I think it was Matt. “Home, I remember I don’t live here. I never had, since it really wasn’t me.” I answered. “But Cyber, you have us. The people you just saw and met. You almost died to!” Matt replied. “If it was Lauren that healed me, then I don’t know what to do. It is getting late and we only have each other now.” I added as people started noticing. “Oh yeah guess it really is getting late. We should all head home soon.” Rainbow said as we all nodded, we split up and headed back to our homes, and I have a desert to return to. I grabbed my things from Jake’s house and headed back to where I belong. My Garage, I can’t wait to see it again.

“The Source is within our range, do you want to begin the deconstruction process now sir?” A man asked. “Hmmm… start up the laser. We have a place to claim back.” I said. “Yes sir. READY THE LASER!!!!!” The same man asked. “Seriously?” I replied.
