She was given multiple warnings to stop spamming and being rude by both me and @HazardTheDutchAD byt continued to do so even after her temp mute. I think this is up to hazard but because I also have her some warnings I say she stays muted for a while

How long is it saying that you have been muted for...?
if it says from 1-3 days I think you can wait it out. You have had multiple chances and twice I have had to warn you before so I think that the extra few days would have helped you to learn your lesson a bit more. You will stay muted until your days are up. If the days surpass the 3 day maximum mute I will lower the mute down to 2 days.

I'm still confused cuz there is a bug that after you say something it types it several times (aka spamming) And plus it seems like almost everyday it's like "you have been muted for 1 day(s)" @HazardTheDutchAD
