-After how quickly you got promoted from trail moderator I find this insulting
-this is basically telling the community that I can't help them
-I feel like because I am the only trail moderator this is directed towards me in some way

Thank you for the kind message, but that is your opinion. I will be promoted when admins and owner think I am ready, it's their decision not the communities.

I find it insulting because he is saying that I am a "moderator in training" which is true, but having somebody who passed the rank in two days tell you that when you have been working hard with the trail rank for months, it hurts

I just don't see what the point is sometimes if I can't do anything about the hack report or the ban appeal, because if I unban someone or give them a second chance everyone will be mad at me and upset with me (more than normal)

Not hackers, sometimes if they make a ban appeal that is well made and very sincere I feel like they probably deserve a second chance I let the moderators know. I don't want people to be mad at me if I unban someone.

Well he is busy most of the day and never really comes on here (maybe he comes on like once or twice a year) and I don't think he goes on server that often..
