Somebody Gave Me A Sword And Set Me Up!

I was playing Hunger Games when somebody gave me a sword and I think that a moderator saw me w/ the sword and now i'm banned. I don't hack and I don't know how to, HELP! Im level 8 and I have 5 of the kits, I don't want to restart because of someone else

Sometime when hackers give me diamond items or items that are possible to get, I throw and get rid of it from my invetory before some ban mistakes happen. So remove it before staffs saw you. (Get rid of it before the staffs have mistake for banning you cause you didnt hack).
