The Amount Of Accidental Bans

I don't get it. I've seen so many threads lately about being 'accidentally' banned, is this just because of spamming??? Or are some people hackers in disguise? I don't understand .-.

Actually the person gets accidentally banned cause of hackers using their account not login.This is a way to avoid bans from Mods and Admins.And letting the owner be banned. Example : Plush used my account in flying but not login.Somebody reported in forums.I was banned but not Plush.You can tell people who arent login by their levels if it says (?) He or she isnt login.
