Hello everyone!

On our forums and on the server the BrokenLens staff have specific ranks. Some of those ranks have special commands and permissions.

I am making this post to explain to you, who you are to tag in your posts depending on the situation. In this post I will be explaining the ranks of each staff member and what their main job on BrokenLens is.

So, what ranks are there on BrokenLens?

Here is a list of our current staff team and the ranks we have here on BrokenLens, listed from highest to lowest rank. The ranks are server wide.

So now that you know the whole staff team I bet you're wondering what each staff members job is on BrokenLens.

The Owner part of the BrokenLens Development Team

vertx works as a developer for BrokenLens. He creates everything you see on the server along with help from the staff team. This server wouldn't be what it is today without him. Vertx is always working on the server even when you can't see it, working on new updates and minigames for everyone on the server to enjoy. He is mainly spending his time on bug fixes for the server so it is very helpful when you report a bug to us.

The ADMIN Team

The Admins are second in charge of the server. They can help with the following issues that might come across during your time on BrokenLens:
  • Resetting the password to your account on the BrokenLens Network.
  • Removing your profile or an post on your profile If Asked.
  • Deleting Adverts from another users profile on the forums.
  • Resetting your warning points to earn the YT Rank.
  • IP-Ban and Temp ban users on BrokenLens.
  • Mute players on BrokenLens.
  • Remove threads from the forums.

Admins also make the decisions on certain things that happen on the server like enabling or disabling a certain command [Staff Only]

The MOD - BTLEADER Team

The MOD or BTLEADER as they are mainly known are managed by the Admins. A moderator helps to protect the server from Hackers, Glitch exploiters and players swearing or being inappropriate. A moderator can:
  • Reset your password if requested.
  • Remove a certain comment or profile post.
  • IP and Tempban players from BrokenLens.
  • Mute players on BrokenLens.
  • Lock or unlock threads on the forums.
  • Edit any threads on the forums (including posts).
  • Delete threads on the forums.
  • Ban users from the forums.
All moderators on the server have the MOD tag so they should be easy to spot when they want you to see them.

The TRIAL Team

The rank TRIAL is a rank that is given to Moderators in training. Training mods do not have as many commands and permissions as a MOD but they still have access to certain commands and permissions. They can:
  • Edit or remove a comment from a profile post.
  • Remove a profile post.
  • Edit threads (not delete them).
  • Warn players on forums.
  • Lock/unlock threads.
  • Temp-ban players on BrokenLens.
  • Mute players on BrokenLens.
Trial Moderators are still in training so if any trial mods make a mistake they cannot undo it's best to contact an ADMIN.​

The HELPER - BTLEADER Team

Helpers are on the server to answer any questions that you may have or want to ask about BrokenLens. Helpers will have a bright green tag in full capital letters so you can tell when one is around. Helpers are there to help you with questions or complaints you may have about the server. Helpers can:
  • Temp-ban a player if needed to.
  • Kick a player if needed to.
  • Lock/unlock threads on the forums.
The Server Staff Team

Server staffs are staff members that have permissions on the server but not on the forums. On the server they have the same permissions as the ranks listed above, depending on their current staff rank.

The BUILDER Team

Builders are the creators of the maps on BrokenLens. When you are on the server, you may be standing on one of their creations.
