And if it is from draw and guess that is my brother being annoying and reporting me cause I won't tell him the answer of what I am drawing!
I don't know any reason I should be banned and he hacks so much and I do not know how to hack!!!!!

I'm guessing your brother uses the same IP (WiFi) as you. If he hacked, and got banned for it, then your IP might have been banned, and that is why you can't play. What is your brother's IGN?

When your brother was banned, it also banned your IP address. So unbanning your IP address (which would allow you to play) would mean giving your brother a second chance, because he would also be able to play.

Your entire household shares the same IP address because it's all connected to the same Internet router. Any device that uses your WiFi will have the same IP, and so will become IP banned.
