Bots advertise all the time. There's really no way to stop them.
The Global Moderators and Admins can delete their threads though.

They're not "people", they are robots from companies that advertise. It isn't really a problem either since staff can remove the content. Next time you find some content that contains advertising, just tag a staff member without reasoning and we'll already know that you want us to remove it.
