I got banned for no reason WTH!!!

Hi my name is Ruina and I got banned in 106 days and IDK why??
The exact meaning of it is.....WHY AM I BANNED!!!
I DIDNT DO ANYTHING WRONG!!.I DIDNT HACK,I DIDNT FLY,I DIDNT SPAM
so guys....who ever read this....just pls help me =(

No I didn't hack.they say I'm flying but its lag.in 16.0 MCPE they say I fly but I set my phone to creative and break a block and it throw me so far.
