sir you penguin is saiding that you fill a ban appeal then he unbanned you simple i am giving you the details just fill like that.
1st STEP
Include the date & time you were banned. (Timezone included). your location and time with date when you got banned.

2nd STEP
Write the server that you were banned on. which games you were playing when you get banned

3rd STEP
Enter Your IGN (In-Game-Name). name of the id which get banned

4th STEP
Write your appeal, why you got banned and apologize for better chance. requested them said the rreasons

5th STEP
Add a screenshot.
add you banned screenshot.
6th STEP
Were you banned by an admin.
write this on step 6
