Why my friend is banned permantly

I don't think they are. Insxnity has the revz account on their device. Not to mention the other similar names insxnity bypassed with... for example: AwesomeRevz, BearminatoRevz, CaringRevzz

they are because revz as it says it is not just revz previously it was called nahomifx and insxnity continues to overlook with the name of revz

Sethsen actually logged into revz's account to bypass. If your friend wants to get an unban they will need to make their own ban appeal so we can reset their password to avoid sethsen playing on it again.
