Can you confirm they can get back into their account? But for future reference don't use that bug or any bugs that can alter your inventory.

They said they can’t post anything, and when I view their profile, it says this:I didn't ban them, but I was told they were unbanned.

No, I’m asking if they can get into their account in-game now.
If they can still post conversation messages, I’d suggest they make an inbox conversation with a Global Moderator+ about their forums account.
